About Court Barton Farm

We are situated in the village of Aveton Gifford in South Devon adjacent to St. Andrews Church which dates from the 12th century.

The 16th century stone built farmhouse looks down the valley to the Avon estuary and is set within some 8 acres of garden with a duck pond, fields and paddock, all for our guests to enjoy.

Footpaths and bridle-paths surround us. We have a cockerel and chickens who supply us with fabulous fresh eggs. There is also play equipment in the garden for children with a trampoline, swing, slide and climbing frame. Picnic tables and chairs also available in the garden.

We also have a play barn with table tennis table, table football, electric keyboard for childrens entertainment.

Our 100 year old stone barn behind the farmhouse has been converted into 2 luxury holiday cottages.
